wish they would bring out fishing on ps3...bass fishing on the wii is pretty cool on a crappy night
They do. Rapala Pro Bass fishing. I also have 2 wireless fishing rod controllers as well

I find the PR knot is awesome for heavy leaders.

Hold it out for a bit longer and buy something better

Well done Steve, good Jewie.
Was it the beach side or river side of the wall?
Got a GPS mark for a little WRECK inside the Ilulka wall on the river side, might try it up there next time.
Speak soon
Butch

Hi Champ,
Nice fish, I have a holiday house up Yamba, usually fish offshore for SPOTTIES, SPANIARDS & SNAPPER in the winter.
Was that off Iluka Wall? Very nice fish in anyones book mate.
Butch
Yeah it was. The water was very dirty as it rained the whole week. What killed me the most was they were getting them the following week and the week before I came.

Lovely fish How long was he?
Just a tiny bit over the metre mark.

Another one was lost right at our feet. It was at least double this one. I am still cut till now.

I'd love to see how many "men" can actually handle 10-15kg of drag pressure comfortably. I agree with Slink

If you have the patience and time. Save up and get a stella or a saltiga. You won't regret it.

Braid
in Tackle Talk
Ive never had any problems with sunline products.

Just remember that the Terez rods are designed for braid, so they seem a little soft, as if they have no backbone. Depending on how you pop and what poppers you use, you might not be able to get the right action to the popper via that rod.

Look up sliding snell rig on youtube

Hi everybody, Just wondering if anyone can give me a hand with locating some new 10' boat trailer wheels. Complete with the bearings etc. I have tried searching online but I am having trouble finding some. Please private message me if you know a good place. Thanks in advance

Great catch mate and well deserved for the hours put in during tough conditions...
I'm looking to target some Jewies myself and everything I read indicates that you need to use lighter gear than a kingie outfit as they are a bit leader shy? I was thinking of dropping down to a 6 - 10kg rod and spooling up my 4000 reel with 30lb braid & 40 lb leader. Then using smaller hooks like a 3/0? Does anyone have an opinion on this?
Cheers,
Andrew
Thats perfect mate

Contact NSW Primary Industries.

guides on the rods don't even sit straight.
-
Use jigs no larger then 2.5.

I've been hearing alot about imitation of high end reels being sold over the net. I personally rather spend that bit extra for the comfort of knowing it is a legitimate product and also to support my local business.
-
Your better of at home in a warm bed. Not decent with the swell
-
Check out LOX Rods and If you want to spend a bit extra then perhaps look at getting a NITRO.

I use 50 to 80lb braid with 100lb mono which i use the PR knot. Cant go wrong with it.
Awesome Knot..The almighty PR KNOT. You might need to purchase a bobbin which helps you tie the knot.

Look for the obusform range. About 70-80 buks. Good quality

To be honest it would be quite easy to tell the difference between a Jewfish and a Stingray by the way they run.
