Gday everyone,
Got a problem with braid snapping. After tieing the knot and testing, the braid snaps about 10cms away from the knot. Its fireline 4lb to4kg fluoro using the allbright knot. But if I take the braid alone in my hands I cant snap it,
Only when I hold the leader in one hand and braid in the other it goes ping!Anyone had this happen before
Cheers adam.

My mate took the pictures using a camera with film, thats why it took so long.
We just dropped the squid over the side with a very light sinker and let them drift while at anchor
and bingo.

Gday everyone, Hooked my first King today, and my brother lost his.It was 54cm just not legal
So back in the drink to fight another day.We were fishing for bream around seaforth burlying up,and he
took a unweighted prawn in the burll trail on 5kilo line, Didn't think i was going to get him to the boat,
I just took my time and finally landed him.

Shark bait I think youll find that it can be repaired. Try a place over at Taren point

Im preety sure just about anything is fixable.
Hope this helps

Same thing for me,I was on the water by 5.30 and went to all the green channel markers but only got a nice
40cm tailor, then had a flick around Middle head.I saw them chase the lure up to boat but no hook ups.
