Hi raiders , I've been really keen on the mighty jewfish ,I have caught some big ones upto 30 kg this going back 10 years ago now back into fishing ,I've been going for the last 7 weekend straight (I no I'm lucky ) BUTT!!!! Could not land that big Jew , I've had over 80 runs no longer than 5 sec I'm using live bait (all sorts) squid live ,strips mullet ,tailer, butterfly u name it . I've tried all different sizes of traces ,hooks , and drag pressure . They must not like ME please HELLLP !!!!!!!

I never fished for hairtail ,are they good eating ? What rigs do I use ?

Thanks gazza I change the fuel , u should of seen the difference in colour , I mean dark brown ! She's purring thanks for all the help guys now I can go fishing

I recently just brought a quintrex 460 dory , I love my boats lol it s the engine on that , I to have a merc 75 on that aswell . Is there anyway I can chech to see if the fuel pump had its day

I just purchased the boat a month ago all running beutiful the last trip I had she kept on cutting out , it's a 06 model 2 stroke 3 cylinder yes it's seems there was not enogh fuel getting through when excels rating , some times she works like a beauty ,for sevice history ,it's got log books but nothings been entered

Hi guys , there seems to be a problem with my throttle or petrol lines when I excel aerate it cuts out is this because it needs a service or I got to get the carbys clean , any mechanics use recommend cheers matt
