  1. Been a few years out of the chat rooms with work and other social media outlets taking over my life...managed the time today to be able to wish everyone a merry xmas and a happy new year...please take it easy over the break and remember to always have time for fishing.

Take care from my family to yours.

    • Thanks 1
  2. On Sunday i had my first landbased learning session fish at IC helping out some new guys who wanted to learn alittle more about Lure fishing.

And also those that wanted to take the next step aswell.

It started off not so good as the car park and rowing club had been torn down to make way for a new rowing club i guess, so plan b meet up at the old apia club.

First to arrive was Stan then an old good friend Joe(pukka) and later in the morning Dom joined us for a flick around IC.

I wouldnt say it was raining fish but we did manage a few chooper, bream, lizards and even a whitting.

So a big thanks to the guys who made it, hope you got something out of the day and a thankyou to Joe for helping with the guys aswell.

As promised ill get in contact for the Cooks river jew learning session soon.

    Pictures to go up tonight.

  3. Bass are so much fun. Definitely up there with my favourites. You did get some nice fish there. Also remember, Having alot of little bass is very good, chances are they are going to grow to a decent fish and it is a good sign of a healthy waterway for one of our prime species east of the GDR.

Very true, Nepeans always looked good since i started fishing it, but i do need to fish more down from the weir.

  4. Went out on the Nepean the other day and noticed when i was on the plian my fuel gauge was going down in leters 1 leter per few seconds but when i slowed down to a trolling speed it went back up 1 leter per few seconds any idea guys or has anyone had the same problem?
