hey mate, what about one of those inflatable doughnut's you can get from the chemist, or even a inflatable cushion, i think inflatable will absorb the blow a lot more than a regular cusion.

A lot of land based fishing, some boat hire.

recently purchased a Quintrex 490 Coast Runner, 90HP Etec so new to boat fishing, try to make it out every second weekend

yer i think. near the pool at narrabeen beach. im not too sure where i was.... all i know is that it was great conditions for fish like tailor and flatheadif you could hit the bottom with the fast moving current.

going back for a fish tomorrow afternoon maybe back at the same spot or i might try around woolies bridge or another bridge with some live bait and SP for flathead. any tips??

never fished that side before, tried woolworths bridge and the caravan park, on and off, with a few smaller flatties
