    Massive thumbs up to Okuma. I stupidly lost the drag knob off a reel and when I contacted them to get a new one they said they would send me one free of charge! Gotta love that for service!

      quality company, the whole freetime group is. It's their level of service that gets you coming back. I have three of their reels and never had a problem
