I was out on a charter last week and he mentioned that his choice for first show was carp. I gawked. LOL
He justified the decision as he wanted to do something different to the 'other' shows. And he wanted to change peoples perceptions. Having a good chef on his show helped.
He also got me onto some Pike on the day. Which, surprisingly, he was able to change my opinion on them too.

The fish in the 7th photo looks real strange, almost looks like a boot print on its head. Maybe it was stepped on
