that was me that lost that fish at the boat and yeah i was spewin , it was a good fish :mad3: . the bloke i had with me is very new to fishing and doesnt understand it can be a team sport when hitting the big fish . oh well was probably my fault , shouldve tail grabbed him after his first attempt

    cheers boys

  2. Geez that looks like an awesome trip, and how lucky are you to have a mate with a charter operation in paradise. Cant wait for the day i get into a big YFT. Just crossed off a blue marlin and wahoo but obesessed about catching and eating a YFT.

    Cheers

    mike

    hey bud

good on u for hitting up the blue and a wahoo.

yeh i am lucky but believe me its cost alot getting there and back but well worth it

will generally fish 3 days on a weeks trip when i head over there

yellowfin especially at these sizes are f@#kn awesone dude they pull hard and go deep not like a marlin where u can chase them with the boat . it sumthing evry angler should aspire to do one day in there life

    goodluk bro

  3. Hay Benny. Heading over to Hawaii in May this year. I would suggest you can recommend your mate, but what did the charter cost. Have about 4 male members of the family going who love a fish, AND I would love to get some trophy shots like those you have uploaded.

    Chunk :1fishing1:

yeah dude i do recommend you go with them although capt russell is pretty set on chasing the big fish being tuna and marlin so it can be hit and miss. if u want to target dollies u would have to let him know prior as it may vary in cost . tuna is where the money is for them

the boat will cost $975 plus tips (the boys love their tips) and u can take up 6 people . may is still their off season but then again it was while i was there this time round and we cleaned up. just depends if u can find the school and we did but put in a long day 14 hrs....

u can find them on the net and i suggest u do book before u get there as they are pretty popular and it would suk having to do a shared charter .. more fish for u that way .

    good luck
