Nah no bread had a burley trail of bread going and was casting into it they didn't really go for the bread also went again last night a few livies and hit the beach nothing but a big crab which went back anyone know if u can eat those big brown sand crabs

Aeb inbox me and we will go for a sesh sometime and ginko I was using these tiny little flys u know those little sabiki fly and hook there tiny only about 4 mm long and I tried bread on a small hook but no good

Yeah mate I could of had 50 poddys if I were greedy it must be the season for them

Catch them in the lagoon and 50m walk to the beach top spot

He put up the best fight I was only using 6 lb mono nothing took the mullet at all maybe next time my 30lb line will get the hit

Hit up nth narra again last night percfect night for a beach fish

Plenty of baitfish arourd caught 10 poddy mullet between 100-200mm

And hit the beach

No jewies but did manage some nice bream 7 all above 30 cm only took 1 home which was 38 heading back on Friday night with a mate. And I'm waiting for my first jewie its gotta pay off soon

Thanks for the info ryder went down last night caught 5 nice bream smallest being 33 and biggest 38 only took 1 home for dinner in not greedy .also fought something massive for about 15 minutes got him right up to sand to have him snap off and swim off looked like a jewie around the 70 cm mark .

First off I'd really like to thank fellow raider Brett who invited me on a days fishing with his mate Kevin

First time outside fishing wat can I say

Awsome Went out to the shelf had a heap of lures out the back bout an hour into the trip Bang Bang double hook up.I grab one if the rods wtf shit just got real I couldn't even pull this thing in then snap it off spewing brett manage a nice stripped tuna

Crusing out at the shelf we find this massive floating log 200 m away brett says this should be good . Looking at the log as we approch then Wow dollies start jumping bloody everywhere next second zzzzzzz 3 roofs go off we on tripple hook up my first dollie 85 cm bretts. Off kevins on a big dollie at the boat line tangled in the net n snap its off we set up again n found the log n stayed for the next few hours catching dollies n kingies all up 5 dollies 5 kingies and 1 bell of an Awsome day thanks again brett;)

Wow I don't think Il be taking the yak out solo anymore I knew I seen a monster shark bigger than my 3 m yak chasing baitfish near the railway bridge but I convinced myself it wasn't as I was about 200 m off sure alone in a little 3 m kayak
