  2. Gday fellas managed to snap up this reel .

Was just after any info on it in the way of its features from 1st hand fishos as opposed to "dr Google " !

It's a little different from the shimano tld 30/50s I'd normally run I'm guessing the little knob below the drag preset is the ratchet ? And do use just use these presets as u would on the shimano a ?

    Any helps appreciated [emoji1303]3ea368f8f803dd8f32af2d13f2711a09.jpgbb76a7745ccf36a6dd09b16eb9791bc3.jpg

  3. G'day fellas just seeing if any of you Would eat muddies or blue swimmers caught west of Putney ? I remember reading somewhere that there was high mercury levels west of the harbour bridge ?? Contemplating throwing some traps out but if there not edible I'll stay east of Putney .

  4. G'day fellas

I'm wanting to learn how to service my own boat motor it's an 08 model 90hp Mercury saltwater series.

What do you normally change /check ? Obviously spark plugs, impeller, filters, oils etc but I don't know how and don't want to stuff it up ! Can you list out anything I missed .

Can anyone shed some light in the way of videos or a service manual link or the likes .

    Any helps appreciated [emoji106]

  5. I'll be using it chasing your usual "table fish " from within syd harbour and surrounds flatties bream tailor whiting etc but also want it capable for kingies when I head out to 12 mile reef and around mid harbour plus to flick metals at schools when they show up in the harbour like the salmon bonito etc

So a decent mid size real that can take a kingie run but also delicately bring up a whiting. And a suited rod .

Any suggestions on line class etc are welcome

    Cheers ;)
