  9. HI MATE

what size boat do you have cause around most racks it is only about 1 meter deep .you want to be able to see the racks as you dont want to hit them and be carfull of any surmerged timber but if you anchor out side of the racks you can line yourself up with them and cast into them .. or if your keen you can go in and cast along them as you move best done with an elecric motor all what u said about using SP HB and Bait will work fine just depends on what u want to use.. alot of people have had succes on just fishing the out side. if the racks are covered the fish will be spread out more but if they are exposed they will stay in under them waiting for the tide to rise to feed on them and u will have to cast to them as close as posible and risk lossing fish ONE RULE lock ya drag so you can turn his head and pull them out..... Hope this helps Cheers Dave C

  10. Hi mate

you cant go past the bloodworm #2 fished with tail up only and just the lift an drop retrive method with a coulpe of twitches or u could work the top of the water with a slow retrive with a couple of pauses and a little gigle this works for me

    Cheers Dave

  11. Hey Mate

i think fire line is a gell spunline not sure what spiderwire is but ive herd that the old spiderwire is very harsh on your rod guides and cut through them

    Cheers Dave
