Port Hacking, anywhere down the gong or central coast is fine, nice and clean waterways. Botany bay is pretty good as well.
-
head to Green patch near Jarvis Bay, great camping and nice fishing as well. Amenities with toilet, showers, BBQ's, always nice and clean.

Sounds and looks like you pair had a great session, you had a good fella to go for a fish with, bit bloody jealous though lol, take care and keep flicking them plastics.
regards Dan

Thank you. We try very hard
Hey Donna, I would disagree with you when you state that you try hard, in fact you Succeed, and that is
why this site and it's members are number one and have outlasted the rest, I will put my hand up for beta testing. love to you and Stewie.

Hi there Howe,
Not sure about Wally Wharf, but the Yamashita 2.5 are perfect, better getting the glow models in the camouflage or pink n white. good luck.

Nice post, it's nice when the squid literally just hop onto your jig, yet other times they'll stare at it and tease you but not touch it.
Not sure what happened to your batter, looks a bit lumpy? try 50% corn flour, 50% self raising, add a pinch of baking powder then pour in beer till you get the right consistency. Fresh squid shouldn't need any flavouring, just make up a dip with lemon juice, white pepper and salt and your mouth will be watering in no time, mine is just thinking about it!
If you go 70% beer and 30% Vodka the batter is awsome.

Well done young fella! You haven't sold me on the fly yet. For your 10,000 casts, the return is not there yet. But your persistence is very impressive and has contributed to my empty wallet!
Congrats
Cheers scratchie!!!
Well done Junior, you did well mate. Come on scratchie, 10,000 casts hahaha, i reckon you will have to pump out a few more vegemite scrolls to fund his fly addiction lol have fun.
Cheers Dan

Well done mate! Takes a brave man jumping in out there, no sharks around this time I suppose? I'll have two of those lure chains when you get around to it please.
No Sharks Moonshine ! lol Dogbox and I were off Stanwell park yesterday and a 5 meter white circled the boat, i would not be jumping in, it was nice and close, about 5 meters away from us.

Hey there Raiders,
Though my family and I had to pull out from attending the Hairtail social,
we did follow closely with all the reports, banter and photo's that were posted. it would of been brilliant to be there
but it was also great to be able to follow the social here on Fishraider. My daughter (Chantelle) was sad not to be there
but she got excited when she saw the pics of Jnr Scratchie and Anthony (4myson) Jnr with their catches.
Most of all we enjoyed the kindness and generosity shown,. not only from Stewie, Donna and our great sponsors,
but from the members towards one another. and it makes me proud to be a member of Fishraider.
Have a great day
Regards Dan, Anne and Chantelle

Hello 4myson, what a shame, I have a 9 year old daughter that loves fishing as i do, would of been fantastic to have a day out with you,
but we are heading to Tasmania tomorrow (Friday). Chantelle and I thank you for your offer though. have a great time with your young bloke mate.
Regards Dan and Chantelle

Nice work, not a bad feed at all there, and good to see the young fella is another doggies supporter. I think Buttsy and I will have to get some pointers on fishing the Hacking,
we fished there once, but being first time came up with a doughnut haha.
