  1. alright lads since having f#$k all luck on the squid gear lately I've been doing bit of research on shark fishing round sydney. this would be my first time having a crack at these fish. would prefer to go for a bully or something of decent size chasing that kick :1naughty:  looking to stick to estuary fishing been reading up heaps bout the George's spots and sights etc but there all 7 to 10 year old posts if not older. seeing if any of you lads could point me in the right direction with gear advice and locations all info helps cheers lads sorry if I've missed anything out.

Yes the rocks, its not dangerous, the rocks are pretty high of from the water and very flat. A footpath also leads to it basically

cheers trigunner will deffs be giving it a crack. fingers crossed

I went down to Gymea baths yesterday, caught a few trevs. About 6 or so people were squidding of a boat and only saw them catch 1 in the couple of hours. Seems pretty dead. A good spot, which may still produce land based is at Bass and Flinders point in port Hacking.

ill have to give bass and flinders a crack never fished there are u talking bout off the rocks ?

Off the right hand side is best! I've seen good bait sized squid plucked straight out of the bath itself though

Getting ready now to go out and have a crack at the baths let you's know how it goes
