    Newbie to reef fishing

    Hi Everyone 

    I am heading on a trip to fish the swains reef next year but have no experience or gear for heavy fishing. Can anyone give advice on what outfit/s I should buy for a trip like this?.I don't want junk but don't want to break the bank either as it's a once off.
