  1. Camo...absolutely just down load your gopro clips to your camera roll and then from within the iMovie app you can see all of the clips and pics in your camera roll. I basically took about 20-30 mins of footage and grabbed the snippets i wanted for the clip...they should call it 'movie making for dummies' cause its that dam easy..have a crack and let us know how you go...

You basically create a 'project' so yep you could just clean up your clips to take out the start and finsh where you turn the camera on and off, but collating them and grabbing serval clips to make a new clip is where it works really well. PT.

  2. whit3cloud - Thanks. Its a Stratos 486 sf (ski/fish). Works really well for me with the family....150 optimax, electric motor (upgrading to ipilot this week), live well, sounder, forward and rear casting decks etc. but it has a removable ski pole, bimini for family fun days...all sits on an alloy trailer....I imported in new from the US in 2011. Perfect in the estuaries, rivers and lakes but rubbish off shore as very low profile but it suits us to a tee.

  3. Snuck out with my boys (Lizard Boy & Jnr Jnr Poddy) on saturday morning.

Cracking conditions light winds and overcast. Tough going early, found a taylor school which was fun.

Got some small reds, trevs and squid. Decided to make a final move before pulling the pin and it paid off with a 68cm and 50 cm within 5 mins of each other.

  4. Nice lads.

Ha, the missus just reminded of my 80 lb Minn Kota with i-pilot that arrived this that I ordered at the boat show. Nothing like selective memory when it come to all things fishy and boaty.

She described it as that bazooka looking thingy for the front of your boat....I think she thinks it shoots some kind of harpoon at fish.

  5. Happy Father's Day to all FishRaider dads.

All set for my summer popper sessions now. How did they know I was running low on lucky craft NW pencil's and wanted to give those Bent Minnows are run this season...

  6. Haven't been out in forever, but managed to sneak out yesterday afternoon onto a very smooth Botany Bay.

Found a few surface feeding schools that wouldn't eat a placcy but Jnr Jnr Poddy managed to whack one on a metal. Turned out to be a nice Trev.

With placcy bite slowed tied on a blade and nailed this nice Flat fish too.

Just good to be back in the game really.

  7. Holy Moly - that must have been a pretty BIG shark to take such a large bit out of your reasonably big jewie like that!!

    Roberta

Yep we didn't get a look at him but think it had to have been 1.5m given the bite size. We think the Jew would have gone 80cm.

Nice place Nambucca, is that the Foreshore Caravan Park wall I see there??

Stayed there for 2 weeks early Dec' and fished mainly Warrell Creek for some good whiting and flattty's. Scored a few bream not far up Nambucca River.

I remember one of the locals at the park mentioning that the Pro had netted about 5 or 6 bull sharks while we were there, not a good thought!!!

    Good catch all round.

    Cheers Jed.

Yep that's foreshore alright. Been going there for over 30 years. Great spot....not sure what we'd do if they ever sold it.

  8. Been flat out recently but wanted to get something up.

Headed to Nambucca in January, it was a little tougher than other years.

The most memorable capture would have been the head only of a solid Jew that got Bull Sharked only 50m from where we normally have water ski days.

We also scored some good flatty's LizardBoys 66cm was one of the best.

Along with some nice bream too.

A Jew that didn't get Sharked that was taken on 3lb braid and 4lb leader.

We did hit some bass in the McClay while up there and manage 23 for the session . Sorry no pics on my camera but best went 42.

Last weekend we walked in for a quick bass session in Sydney and I managed a couple plus 30's which were a bit of fun too.

  9. Good to see Conjola on fire still. Yep you can hire boats from post office/takeaway/video outlet/news agent/tennis court hire /..../...

Have the cicada's stopped hatching yet? Masses and masses of them there over Christmas.
