Hey guys im thinking of respooling to a new braid as spring is coming. Im using this braid to cast at jetties. it is used for soft plastics and small metal lures such as 3g metal lure, pencils and squid jigs.
braid in mind are the spiderwire 6lb or 8lb ultra cast or ultra cast invis.
I was just wondering if the braid is fused or non fused braid. and any feedback on these braids are appreciated.
thank you
Its a great line to use mate i have both of my Certates spooled up in the Camo version top
casting line too hardly any wind knots.

I love catching Flattys.
But i want to buy a new combo specifically for catching flathead, mostly medium sized up to the huge 1m+ crocs.
But im not really sure what to buy?
My budget is around $200 for a rod and reel and braid.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Zac
Shimano rack raider 2 piece or 1 piece 3-5kg 6'8" and a Daiwa CY 2500spin reel
should fit the bill matey.

Great catch dude always good to fish in that slightly
deeper water at dolls we've encontered almost metre
crocs the wife and i just bait fishing in both areas
getting excited thinking we've caught a of a life time
and got it to the boat and went to put net under these
huge fish but let go just before capture because what
we originally caught was a squire with that massive flatty
hanging on,there are some huge lizards in the bay just need
to be caught and released of course always good times though.
Cheers Rizzo.
