Had a unplanned luderick session on sunday as was ordered to be out of the house for the day.
Scrounged up some less than ideal bait and headed to a new untried spot on the lower north shore.
Bites started slowly but ended up with 7 fish on the falling tide.
Smallest fish around 30cms with the 2 biggest nearing 40cms.
Called it quits at dead low with the luderick still biting.
Added bonus is the new carbon kevlar 1lb test curve rod i have is a cracker rod on the luderick.
