great day with mates is a break from the everyday and yeah the feed isn't too bad . always pays to stay safe, the fish will always be there, I too have turned around a few times. they are just some the best tasting fish, love them in lemon butter, burgers and even tacos thanks the bull went 1.2 and Unfortunately I lost one at that size, it shredded the live with those teeth, makes me determined to have another crack at them.

I love tailor fillets, fresh taste really nice . I do batter the fillers and shallow fry.

wasn't planning on a snapper, the fads got overcrowded and died out, with 7 mahi between us was plenty, decided to go the flathead and that was slow, we got a couple, Then i thought lets try for some pan sized snapper, turned it was too big for a pan 🤣🤩nice surprise, bent the rod right over. Lets hope I continue to get often often, I have slowed work down a touch.

Generally you wont find squid after the rain as they like clean clear water, you find the calamari retreat to deeper water into the kelp, tghis what I have found with them and have got them in 60 foot of water at the bottom after the rain.
