[trawlers in the Hawksbury]

Went out on Tuesday with a mate and had a beautiful day ruined. There were about 7 trawlers circling around my favourite fishing spots. One came within 15m of us. I was fuming. Have seen one or two previously but this was a swarm of them. So why am I paying for a fishing licence again?

Hi, a chip that size i doubt would affect performance, but take it for a spin and if you can not feel anything it will be fine. You should file and clean up the rough edges also.

Hi guys/gals

I recently purchased a Quintrex Lazeabout with a Mercury 40hp.

The prop has a chip in it at least half a cm in length.

Are their any issues I should be worried about?

It's an older motor. Would like to upgrade to a 60hp in the future

That would be the bioluminescent plankton in the water again. They glow when they get startled.

Hi Raiders

My first post here, been reading for a couple of months.

Went fishing last night at Rodd Point near IC. Saw something strange about the water.

It had some fluro aqua colour on the surface. Whenever the water would break you could see it.

We caught a Bream and it was glowing in the bucket for a while.

Does anyone know why the water is like this? (just want to know If I'll turn green if I eat the fish lol)
