Commonly called sabiki rigs/jigs as well. Attach one end to your main line and the other to a sinker. Jig it up and down... Bob's your uncle! Flattieman. Hooky.
The ones on Aron's link will do the job, they are the same ones that I use and you may not find them in a tackle shop either. They are very easy to use and very effective, especially when you tie a sinker to the end to keep everything straight in the water. If you are in a tackle shop you will probably find "brand" names like Silstar or Mustad. cheers Hooky
Outnumbered
i cut them in half and only use 3 hooks, no weight and sweeten the hooks with a bit of bait. you get just about anything on them when drifted down a burley trail.
Guest Big-Banana
Ive been using a Burley bucket attached to the line and its been working outstanding. Starting to get slimeys and yakkas consistantly out on the reefs.

Flattieman
nothing wanted to eat them looks like the kings are long gonee Hmm... I guess that sometimes it has to come back to the "that's fishing" factor. I'm no king expert, so I don't know if there's a logical explanation. Flattieman.
