Jo35 Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Hi, I live in Ballina Nsw and have a flat bottom tinny that we fish in the river. Too small to go outside. I want to buy my husband a fish finder for his birthday next Thurs (15/6) and I can't decide between a Hummingbird matrix - $168.00, Lowrance x52 - $340.00, Garmin FF120 - $270.00 or Navman fish4433 - $449.00. Please help! don't know much about fish finders and I can't afford too much money. What are the main features to look for - some say pixels. Also is temperature reading important ?
