Guest danielinbyron
a couple of years ago after a couple of years effort i started getting jew semi regularly ... i started think land based game...here we go a whole new learning curve.. books vids and lots of mistakes.... there was a woman around the corner who was a bit crook and i'd drop her in sum fish, have a chat... bit of gardening.. she had a friend called theo, who said he wanted to meet me.. we've only been on a couple of quiet trips.. then theo had a knee recon.. its now come good and we've got our eye on the water temp and weather charts.. but its strange, i'm having these thoughts gotta learn all this new stuff and two weeks later i'm sitting on a rock with this guy showing me everything he knows..you couldn't buy that.. thats what i love about fishing.. someone asked Theo how long it took to reel in the Marlin... he said about the same as the yellow fin 34 years.. both of these are around 85kegs tuna at beercroft marlin at tubes cheers d

Guest Reely
In this day and age, Marlin still possible down there, but a Tuna of that size will take alot of prayers and they must be answered!

Guest danielinbyron
i'd be happy with anything edible that gave me some stick.. my previous efforts at this type of fishing have resulted in either getting absolutely flogged { all of a sudden 600meters of 15kg looked like 100} or sharks..i think it may take a while..
