kikila
During my recent illness I was given some games to help pass the time as there is only so much internet surfing you can do and have fond them to be quite additive. My 2 favourites are Yuri’s Revenge & Battlefield 2 what are yours

OWZAT
G`day Fellas , POKER STARS....online ... It`s absolutely Marvellous how many players believe that This Game is Random. But best of all is the young Delinquents who go online and play under their Parents name or even their own , and honestly believe they are " The Man" , which makes my day when boasting of their skill at Poker. (PM please ) oh and how much they cost if thats ok please G'day Fletcher, As a long time flight sim nut , I have had a lot to do with computers for gaming . Getting the best performance for a game like BF2 is not just a matter of simply installing a new video card , you really need to look at these three crucial components : CPU ( Processor) , RAM ( Memory) and VDU ( Video card ) . If , for example , you have a 2GB CPU , with 512MB of RAM , but put in one of the new 512MB video cards , the RAM will cause a "Bottleneck" , a point where the flow of data is restricted , and your video performance will suffer . (low framerates). The plan is to match each of the 3 crucial components , so that there are no bottlenecks. Try not to get too caught up with the frame rate issue . If the video on your screen is smooth , and looks good , then you really dont need to go chasing triple figure frame rates . Here is a list of the top 104 video cards , listed by performance: 001. The other determining factor is the type of socket you have on your motherboard , basically there are 3 types , PCI , AGP and PCIe . It is getting more difficult ( but not impossible ) to buy a new PCI or AGP card , as PCIe is now the current standard . These cards are not interchangeable , ie a PCIe card , will not fit into an AGP slot. If you can give me your current computers specs , I will be better able to advise you on an upgrade !! Richie
pantium Is that a computer just for porn surfing? My computer game of choice is BF2 as well. I usually play on GameArena, Internode or Xtra servers. Usually GameArena 04 or 09. AgentWinter is my nick. I you see me, join my squad and say "Hey, watch out for that bunny-hopper/prone-spammer!". I have 2142 as well, but there aren't any team players on there yet. Too many lone wolves.
Flightmanager
G'day Fletcher , Integrated Video means that the video card is built into your motherboard , and shares your RAM. For a higher end game like BF2 , you really need to invest in a stand alone video card. Another 1GB of RAM would be very beneficial as well .
