squidgie Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Hi all, I read a post somewhere about the sabiki rods, but now I cant find it..who stocks them? are they any good ? cheers
pekingduck Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 (edited) I dont know how to add a link to it, but it is there there under the fishing chat section. I am sure one of the sponsors will stock them or can get one in for you. Edited January 19, 2007 by pekingduck
squidgie Posted January 19, 2007 Author Posted January 19, 2007 cool, thanks just found that post....doesnt seem like all were too impressed with them...will have to find one to see what how they are.
arpie Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Hi Squidgie Did a google on it & came up with this DIY version!! Looks quite intriguing! Most sabiki rigs I have used got so tangled up in the net, rope, clothes, fingers etc that I now chop them in half & only use 3 hooks - much easier to manage & you still catch plenty of baitfish! http://www.plasticnavy.com/make-a-sabiki-rod.htm Cheerio Roberta
