Posting Pictures

This is for every single Fishraider who can't post pictures.

Go to the link below, download and do as follows

1 - Open the program and drag the photo onto the screen,

2 - Click on "image" (top of screen), then "resize/resample",

3 - Then adjust the height to about 500 and that should do it (Note: may be able to go larger, just experiment)

nice, but you can resize images on Microsoft Paint.

In the menu up top go to...

Image > Stretch/Skew > Stretch > then the appropriate % of the original the final product you woudl like to be...

I might add, there is yet another easy way to post pictures.

Go to Hotmail, then send a new message,

Under attatchments go to pictures, then add the pictures you want to resize,

Send the email to yourself and the pictures will be resized and ready for posting

Simply save the pictures over your large ones and you're set

As the post says kenny g... it's for people who can't post pics. If you have no problems resizing images that's great. I use a Mac computer and can do it easily with iPhoto but everyone's got a different set up.

How can I get photo's from a PM onto a fishing report?

Went out with a mate and he PM'd me the photos but I cant drag them across?

Peter, try right clicking on the image, then "Save As" in the pop up menu. Save the image to whatever folder you want on your computer. You can then go through the usual procedure for puting an image into your report.

Try the following:

Right click on the photo, select 'save image as', and save to whichever folder you store your photos in. Hopefully that will work? If you have any dramas mate, forward the PM to me and I'll see if I can fix it for ya.
