Picked up a Daiwa Procaster 7' 1 piece and a Regal Xi 2000 reel for a $100 , got to be happy with that.

Having trouble with Acrobat file but will post pics when I get home.

Funny that - I just got one yesterday without the reel & am very happy with it!!! Maybe there will be a flood on the market!! Great price, including the reel!! Well done!!

Mine was a 'replacement job' as 2 alconite guides had busted, but I was happy witht the $40 I paid!! This is the 'best' rod I have yet for hitting those pesky little bream! Got some 4lb Firline Crystal to try on it, too~!

Even funnier, that ...... I was in my ute & didn't want to leave it in the tray, so had to take it with me into numerous other shops for the same reason (plus not wanting to get it knocked off before I could even use it!!) You should have heard the comments!

I didn't care - I was happy!

I have a Procaster in 6'6" and it's matched

to a couple of Daiwa Laguna's in 1500 & 2500

just great for SP and small HB work

Hope you catch heaps with it
