mrmoshe
I just noticed in the Manly Daily today that Warringah Council is holding a Carp Classic at Manly Dam on November 3 at 2pm until 5:30pm. For more info or to register...contact the Council's Manly Dam Environmental Officer, David Cleary on 9942 2543 or email at david.cleary@warringah.nsw.gov.au Cheers, Pete. Capt Hook
I've always wondered about the dam...might take Cassie down just for the fun of fighting some fish on light gear...
zen801
Hey raiders, I fished ones of these comps at Manly dam maybe 5 years ago. Nice day and fairly well organised. What surprised me on the day was the small amount of carp caught. A few native fish also caught. Maybe with the lower water levels they will be easier to catch. I am sure theres plenty in there if you know how to fish them. Cheers and good luck.
