Scienceman
Out from Broken Bay yesterday and no jackets (almost) - at least compared to every trip in the past 3 years. And what was hiding under that cover of jackets - FLATTIES My mate and I caught ~10 each, 35 - 60cm. Not thick but constant. First taking pilies but about mid-day they got fussy and preferred fresh fish. Just head straight out from BB and a little to the north until the depth is 50 - 53 metres. Must be spread over a wide area as we drifted for ~6km and got them the whole time.

South of the Heads, this gave us a chance to get to the reef fish and especially the flathead when we got to the sand. The Bureau of Mythology got the forecast wrong again with the seabreeze site once again proving to be far more accurate.
