Kiwi Fishin’ Thief

On Saturday last,

We travelled to cast,

To Bass and Carp and to Redfin!

The weather cleared up,

As we set up our stuff,

PJ Garn, Kiwi Waynie and his boy, Jim.

To Manly Dam we’d come,

To fish and have fun,

In a Comp put on by the Council.

We baited our lines,

With corn, bread and worms,

As young girls’ nearby strained their tonsils.

So PJ sets off,

For some peace and some Bass,

The Kiwi left Commander and Chief.

And he can’t believe eyes,

When from a Bassy outcrop he spys,

A Kiwi fishin’ thief!!!

With Garn’s rod aloft,

“I’ve got a good un’” he scoffs

As he plays with the winning specimen...

And as I arrive,

To claim my rightful prize,

Just in time to net him and land him.

The Kiwi he grins,

Top fish and nice fins...

As he poses for a few photos and pics.

The Garn is quite glad,

When fishin’ never sad,

Your fish mate!!!...I believe you deserve it!!!

How Funnys That! I've got tears in my eyes from laughing so hard.

As if i would forget you when it come to our shopping spree at sponsors shop.
