jewgaffer
Hi breamhntr. My son Paul was up at Penrith in the early afternoon running in a little two man yankee bass boat with my grandson Little Jewgaffer. They moved around round a fair bit and could not get any takers. Bad time of day all the same but my son did say he didn't think it would get much better so they left around 4.30 pm. Mick, do you find the mullet are around in bigger numbers when the bass are scarce? jewgaffer

jewgaffer
Mick, about the mullet being around in bigger numbers when the bass are scarce, I was referring to conditions. Cheers jewgaffer
dazzassj6
wow that mullet is big! it looks like it is pregnant with alot of fish eggs in it. they sure are fun on light gear. its like a weaker version of a salmon. What kind of hook did you use? i usually use a size 6 treble with bread.
