Lcd Tv's

For all the tech people haha. Im looking at buying a new LCD TV and have settled on either a 66cm or 81cm (32inch).

Im looking at the best possible on the market but in these sizes you cant seem to get full high definition.

Anyway my question is which would be the best on the market at the moment?

I would prefer the 66cm size but from what I have found the top 81 cm TV's have less motion blur so I am leaning to this size as they seem to be a better unit.

Any advice is welcome..

Without doubt the Sony Bravia's...I think its the W series. Top range Samsungs come next and its all down hill from there.

Hmmm, Im still learning but from what I know so far LCD's reproduce fast moving images better when they have 100Hz instead of 50HZ. And as far as I know the 81cm Sonys and Samsungs are still only 50HZ? Is this right?

The ones I know that are using 100HZ are Philips, Toshiba and Panasonic...

I theory yes but there's a little bit of marketing in that mix. Whats more important is the millisecond refresh rate and the quality of the lcd panel driver. I have a 50hz Bravia and watch cricket, tennis, motor sport and have never once thought urrrgh! And I'm in the industry!

Have a look on this forum at the HD display section....it will help you out no end. You'll find a bit of Ford/holden type nonsense going on but you'll get some good feedback.

These days more makes like sony, sharp, samsung have LCD'S that have 100hz.

I think it comes down to what brand you like the best and as what was said before it comes down to ford or holden....chuck in a honda for good measure. Take it from me i sell them everyday.
