sandy ripples Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Fingal Beach was evacuated today right on high tide, I could hear the sirens right on 3pm. Next door neighbour had to get her kids out of the water and come home, she said large sharks were chasing schools of salmon. Well done to the lifesavers who quickly took hold of the situation by pulling people out the back into the rubber duckies , the spotters were assisted by the helicopter. I was going fishing myself at 3pm but large crowds forced me to wait till tonight. I thought the fish would come in on the high tide but not to that extent. Kilacarp
