bullethead
Bullethead here New member, just joined last week, bit of a novice but still manage to catch my share just to impress my missus and kids.I've got a 4.5m tinnie and usually fish Georges River,Como Bridge,Botany Bay.A bloke told me that if there is a hint of a southerly blowing or SE,SW,that the fish will go off the bite, is this true? Thanks Bullethead
Davemmm
This is partially true from what I can work out. If you are fishing just before a big blow from the south the fish will start to hit hard and then drop off. I have still caught fish though during a quiet southerly. Last night for instance the southerly came in at 10.30pm but we still landed a couple of bream before leaving at midnight. Dave
