looking at the best ways to store my rods on my boat and am keen on those ones that lay your rods up the inside of the hull horizontal like,

Where do u get them? I live on the northern beaches in sydney.

the ones i have are made by berkley

Go see GO Fish at Dural, when i was there before xmas he had the Berkly ones in stock. He is a fishraider sponser and has an excellent shop.
