Looking For Fishfinder

Dear fishraiders this is my first posting a long time reader and love looking at all the photos. i went to the boat show yesterday at rosehill and purchased a new boat a 435 getabout brooker.take delivery at the end of the week watch out kingfish. i am after info on a fishfinder which is easy to use and i am working to a buget of about $350.00 any suggestions.I have never used one before seen plenty but they mostly like a mess. so any advice would be most helpfull thanks regards Stephen (reggie the rabbit)

Don't agree boys.

Paid $450 for a hummingbird 717 and i am happy.

It all depends on what you want your sounder for.

For me it was really just to look at the bottom and mine is great for that.

I think fishfinders are overated. I havent caught any more fish on average since i got it.

But as they say " I'd rather have it and not need it" than, "need it and not have it".
