Whiting Popper

Has anyone got photos of whiting caught on poppers?.

I would like to see some photos and i need some information if possible

where,what,how...etc

Are the clear Bass day ones any good?

Just go to Fishing Reports or Lure reports & put poppers into the search bit down the bottom. Heaps of threads should come up.

Whiting prefer the popper to go faster, almost continuous. Bream prefer the stop start, or totally stopped! I have caught bream & whiting on clear poppers.

Good luck - just vary your retrieves & you'll hit on the one that they like for that particular day - obviously you should be in shallower water, not deep.

Hi Cam,

Try Bushy's Stiffy Poppers which i believe are part of the Squidgy range. Use them in shallow water over sand near the edge of weed beds.
