hoges1974 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 (edited) Thinking about taking the kids for a run in the harbour tomorrow. Will probably throw in the rods and let them have a fish. Anyone want to share a couple of spots i could try Cheers Hoges Edited April 26, 2008 by hoges1974
King slayer Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Try anchoring off the southern point of Dobroyd head about ten to twenty meters out. Lot's of mixed reef species there for the kiddies. The markers and moorings in north harbour can bring trevally and Bream when they're around, but lots of burley is a must. Good fun for the kiddies. Use lightly weighted lines down the burley trail and not too big hooks. Good onya for taking out the kiddies.

We git a school shark a couple of weeks ago, and have got good kings there in the past.
