The engine flusher he is using can be bought from just about anywhere. they are normally called ear muff's as thats what they look like. also engine look's to be about a 15hp.

The flusher is about $10 worth at any marine retailer. The engine is a 9.9 or 15HP Johno, same engine and with cover on the cowl no way of seeing the decal.
