In 2006, 2007 and 2008 'Team Atlanta' make the treck to HatHead just south of South West Rocks NSW.

We video each year and make our own personal dvds.

Due to popular demand weve decided to release 2007 on Youtube.

There are 11 parts to this dvd. Below is each PART for you to look at from 1 - 9.

I will upload part 10 and 11 over the weekend. 10 and 11 are deleted scenes and slide show.

This is a movie of 4 guys (PEANUT Mitch / LATSY Brett / CHEWY Allen / MOREHEAD Nath) who dont claim to be great fisho's, but we have fun. Hope you all enjoy it.

Great video and clearly a top boys fishing trip.

The four of you would make a great crew on a game boat, some great team work and a few laughs thrown in

Loved the opening scene of each one running down the beach.

Vido says it all a good time, a few drinks with mates, a laugh and some great finshing

nice entertainment there Methodman. That surely a better trip than what we had in December 2007.

I'm curious as well, where did you launch from SWR or Hat Head. I was told that Fish rock & Grassy headland is a really big hike from Hat head so most people launch from SWR

cheers

That did look like a great trip with some top fish thrown into the mix.

Just one thing, don't you reckon you could do with a longer gaff :biggrin2:

Wish I was there.

Hey guys,

Methodman, myself and the boys all stay in Hat head together each February

and we use the ramp down there aswell, We prefer to use the Hat head Creek ramp

instead of crossing the huge Bar at SWR.

Fish Rock and Black Rock is about half way between Hat Head Creek and South West Rocks.

I think its about 8-9 K's straight across from the creek.

The Cobe was around the 25 kilo mark. felt every bit of 105 Kilos when i was trying

to gaff the bugger and lift it into the boat. A bigger Gaff would have helped enormously!!

We had a ball up there and I cant wait to get there again.

Meth should have the last of the video up soon, including out-takes.

Glad your all enjoying them, cos it was a lot of fun making it.

Cheers guys

Thanks chewster.

Your a wealth of information. NOT!!! hahaha

Hathead is great for small alloy boats. Anything bigger than mine will cause some probs.

I recon the run from Hat to Black is very easy. Something we didnt video was the run out there one morning. Pumping seas at 4am (pitch black) saw us all hang tight and while heading towards Blackrock we were hit with flying fish, One to latsy in the chest and one to Peanut in the face.. i kid you not!

Great fun up there and we will be back in 2009. Stay tuned.

Well, the next 2 parts are now uploaded for everyone to view.

part 10 and 11.

Hope you all enjoy them.
