puka9988
Hey raiders Just been out and bought a little snapper pack with hooks swivels and a thing called a slider clip. slinkymalinky
If it's what I think it is, it will either be a plastic gizmo with a metal clip attached or something that looks like the metal spring from the middle of a clothes peg. They're designed as a running clip for your sinkers. The line passed through the hole in the middle of the plastic gizmo or through the 'spring' and then you clip on sinkers to suit the location. The reason for using them is so you can change sinkers without re-rigging. For example if you're fishing a spot with a strong tidal flow you can increase the size of sinker as the current gets stronger and decrease as it slows. They can also be handy on a boat so you can remove the sinker from your rig to stop it banging around all over the place when you're under way. Hope this helps. Cheers, Slinky
