slinkymalinky Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Just a quick post after spending a couple of hours walking the bank in Middle Harbour. I was supposed to be catching yellowfin but like so many other trips so far this winter.... ours was cancelled after getting to North Head. There were heaps of little choppers rounding up 'eyes' along the edges in MH and I caught half a dozen or so while trying to find my first soft plastic Jew. What with the odd school of mullet cruising around I had lots of hope but no success. Fished either side of the low tide change and lost what was probably a flatty but not of any remarkable size. So far with soft plastics vs jew its 0/2 in the fish's favour. It WILL happen. Cheers, Slinky
