flatty hunter626 Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 (edited) arrived at juruselam at bay at 5-30 saturday night to an array of boats anyways rods in the water lots of bites but only 1 hairtail landed to 1.5m. a couple of rays and all went quite. had a sleep at about 4am(not very comfortable in an open runabout!) and woke right on dawn. headed out with some whitches hat traps and ended up with 9 big blue swimmers. alright night good day! happy with the hairtail for the first ever night fishing for them. couple more sessions and im ready for the social! cheers flatty hunter. Top effort on the swimmers too! whereabouts did you pick the swimmers up? In cowan? I've picked a few up around from Juno point leading further into the hawkesbury, but never dawned on me to ry in the Cowan.. Cheers, AJ
