shefford Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 Cousin decided he wanted to come down to Gold Coast, he hasn't fished in 25-30 years so we took him out for a bit of a bash even though the conditions wern't t hat good! Nothing decent is bloody biting this week on the 24's Se goldy, had a few decent fish bust off but the avg sweetlip was around 1kg a few small sharks and a couple of trevally. Nothing much to speak of! Might head out to 36's next weekend and see if i can post some big snapper catches The wind dropped off as we were coming back in Anyone got any comments on t tops? Are they good need 1 and a windscreen! Putting splash material this week on those rails.
jewgaffer Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 (edited) Hi Irrigangi As to your question on a top to suit a console boat - Take a look at the pic showing the s/s frame and the top section above the centre console of my previous boat. This is the type they usually use on consoles, is this what you are looking for? The Mustang dealers in Brisbane or the Gold Coast or Craig from Huett Marine should be able to advise you where to get one or a similiar type and the cost of same. Hope this helps Cheers jewgaffer Edited June 23, 2008 by jewgaffer
Mondo Rock Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Nice looking rig there Gaffa - love the fishraider stickers. Presumably the new rig is even better.
