glennmreid Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 I have a Navman Tracker 5607 on my boat. After launching my boat, I switched the GPS on. I was on the water for about one hour, and all it said on the screen was acquiring satellites. This unit is only about 6 months old, and has never taken this long to acquire satellites. It did manage to find 4 or 5 satellites, but for some reason the unit said it was still aquiring, and had not locked onto any of the satellites it found to determine my boats location. i checked all connections, and all is ok. has anyone had a problem with these units acquiring for so long and not locking onto a satellite?
