I like to thank the members who wished me a Happy Birthday for my 69th :1happybday: and particularly Roberta who is the members best friend and her help and advice is always forthcoming and never a problem.

Well it's near midnight and I'm just getting into the cocoa and cake after more than a couple of Turkey's. That's powerful stuff, I reckon you can run a boat motor on Wild Turkey, next session coming up will be another one on the Turkey with Steve Ungry Warnie and his deep sea mates :1yikes: but no more Turkey before that that's for sure :drunk:

I'd also like to thank those who pm'd their best wishes I.E Stewy Swordfisherman, Vince VAR 911 and Andrew Humesy. Good on you boys much appreciated, it's the little things that count.

Also thanks to all my Fishraider friends who called me on the phone.

You are all really good mates for me to have !!!

Cheers

Glad to hear you had a good day Byron. It is encouraging to see the camaraderie here on fishraider - I don't think you see that on any other site to this extent

It is fun to get birthday wishes from people you have never met :biggrin2:

I am sure you are our oldest active member and we all thank you for sharing your fishing experiences with us.

I couldn't agree more Donna. Fishraider is indeed a unique site for good friendships among the members at every level of fishing and for the many genuine friendships that can be formed outside of fishing as well.

Thanks again all for my birthday wishes  and Grant, Jewhunter, thanks for the pm this morning!

Boy what a night !! As to this Wild Turkey, these young blokes are crackers these days drinking this stuff.

Gee I hope I've still got the full year necessary to recover. :1Lighten:

Take away fifty years and I feel worse than a Kings Cross teenager still waiting for a cab at daybreak on New Years Day.

Cheers
