Change Of Tactics - Still No Fish

Did the hard work sat arvo, caught 3 good mullet and a garie for my jew baits. Hit Wanda later that night. Decided a change in tactics was required so I fished the run out to till about 1030pm in a gutter in front of the resturant. Very cold night. Same result as usual though, not even a nibble at any of my baits. I'm thinking it's getting too cold now for Jews anyway. Has anyone else caught any off the beach recently?
