It was a good day. if you had such a good day with the bream why werent you at the social? not only would you have got a few prises but more the merrier? That looks like a great bream... HI, I would have come to the social but had to be home early on Sunday as i had other commitmets. Maybe the next social! Here is the whiting photo! I've never been able to get more than 8 so you got one on me there! Were you drifting or anchored? Did you find patches of weed/sand or was it all sand you were fishing on? Cheers, Slinky whoa.... i can only dream to catch some much nice fish im newbie mind letting me know if it was a run in or a run out morning or sunset? thanks..... thanks!!!!! i caught them on both tides at night mainly but caught some during the morning..... i was fishing the southern end of the bay!!!!! but it was very choppy with the strong winds.... but it was great fun ........ cant wait to get out there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salmon_Hunter Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 Congrats on the whiting. I went out to a regular whiting spot that was always a hit and not miss location for a good few years now.
