Josh88
Hey all heading to the hinchinbrook channell Lucinda just north of Townsville anyone no how its fishing and whats on the bite Mate don't know if this will help but we were up at Dunk Island about this time last year which is just slightly north of Hinchinbrook and the fishing was at its best this time of year. Fishing over the wrecks and reefs offshore provided some awesome reef fish, GT and shark action and i would definitely recommend venturing out deeper to throw some poppers at GT's if you get the chance. Good Luck Josh
slinkymalinky
G'day andydee, Welcome to Fishraider. Don't know what specifically to chase there at the moment, but the Lucinda jetty itself always has fish. Just fish the pylons like any other snag/structure and you'll find good fish. Pelagics also tend to patrol outside of them looking for a feed. If you're in a boat with a sounder just run along the pylons until you find ones with some visible activity and bob's your uncle. Cheers, Slinky
