Is it worth it? If you are going to pay 7k every year you might as well buy a smaller cruiser and pay it off with that 7k a year you are paing and at the end of the day its YOURS!!! Or go in with a nother family member or so.............My oppinion anyway.... $7000 wouldn't even pay the marina fees for a year on a 40fter in the harbour. I recon you wouldn't get much out of $7k if you had to slip and sevice a 30fter in the harbour.....
