Just wondering about an EPIRB? As they are expensive and I dont do alot of fishing in open water or off shore,. Can you hire one for your fishing trip? If so where can you do this?

I have herd you can hire them , but no one seems to know where from?

Have you thought of renting a satellite phone instead, as you could probably rent one for the same price.
